Efosa Sunday is currently the head of Enterprise Risk Management at Norrenberger Pension Ltd.
He coordinates the whole activities of enterprise-wide risk management to achieve the
organisation’s operational and strategic objectives. He is a seasoned professional with over
eighteen years of experience. He has great proficiency in financial reporting, investment
management, enterprise risk management, auditing and data analytics.

Prior to joining Norrenberger Pension, he worked in many organisations across sectors of the
Nigerian economy at managerial capacity in areas of financial control, audit and enterprise-wide
risk management. Amongst companies are Madona Organisation Ltd, Transall Nigeria Ltd,
Investment One Pension Managers Ltd (now Guaranty Trust Pension Managers Ltd) and FCMB
Pensions Ltd where he was the head of Portfolio Risk Management and developed credit risk
evaluation model for assessing prospective counterparties in the financial and non- financial
industries.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a second class upper division from Ambrose Alli
University and an executive MBA from the University of Benin. He is a certified risk manager and
a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered
Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He has attended several training courses.
